We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join their team.

Job Description

Develop and execute an effective sales strategy to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.Identify and pursue new sales opportunities by actively prospecting and generating leads in the designated area.Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors, ensuring effective collaboration and achievement of sales objectives.Manage a diverse portfolio of products, including cutting tools, bearings, valves, power tools, and measuring equipment, while providing product demonstrations and technical support to clients.Utilize CRM software to record and track sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends.Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities, competitive threats, and market trends, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance sales performance.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional activities and materials, ensuring effective communication of product benefits and features.Stay up to date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

The Successful Applicant

Proven experience as an Regional Sales Manager or a similar sales role, preferably within the tools industry.Experience in handling multiple SKUs and managing distributors effectively.Strong selling skills with a hunter-type mentality, continuously seeking new opportunities and expanding the customer base.Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.A strong technical background and familiarity with cutting tools, bearings, valves, power tools, or measuring equipment will be highly advantageous.
